"Vangelo MMXVIII is a diary that, between 1998 and 2015, narrates the adventures of wild kids who reject a society that doesn't represent them, who indulge in frivolity, fleeing from an ostentatious respectability that nauseates them. Nothing is explicit: the images alone make clear an urban movement that opposes the values of an imposed culture with which they don't recognize themselves..."

This is the presentation of the book by photographer Paolo Cenciarelli published by Drago Publisher, whose photos are on display until March 15th at the Contemporary Cluster, an exhibition space in the center of Rome.

A visual journey through the streets of Rome, the cradle of an underground movement where there were no clear boundaries between rap, bikers' passion, skaters' punk attitude, and the desire to tag the streets with your name. Photos of the Roman nights that raised rebellious offspring like Noyz Narcos and the Truce Klan, often featured in Paolo Cenciarelli's photographs, who followed them through those memorable years spent on the edge between streets, backstage, and stages. A manual that represents an inspiration for those who listened but never saw, and a diary for those who were there but keep the memory alive.

For the occasion, we have printed 100 limited-edition t-shirts with a numbered "Roma 5tate of Mind X Vangelo MMXVII" label for sale in a special pack that you can find below...
