Payment and Shipping
Payment
We accept all major credit cards and prepaid cards through PayPal.
If you purchase with Scalapay, you'll receive your order immediately and pay in the number of installments you've chosen. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties, and their assignees, and you authorize such assignment.
Shipping
All shipments are made via DHL courier.
Goods are generally shipped within 5-7 working days.
Shipping costs to Italy are €8.00 for purchases up to €100.
For international shipments, the cost is €18 for purchases up to €200. For Switzerland and the United States, the cost is €28.
Shipping is free for purchases over €100, except for collaboration items, gift boxes, and limited editions.
All goods are shipped upon order fulfillment.
Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
Your DHL tracking number will be sent to you by email.
On the GLS website you can enter the code and track your shipment.
NB: Due to problems with PayPal payments, shipping costs may still be charged for some purchases, which will be refunded upon receipt of the order.
We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
Conditions and procedure for exchanging goods
Purchased items may be exchanged upon notification from the customer within 10 days of receipt.
Damaged or worn products will not be replaced.
How to request a replacement for your purchased item:
- Send an email to info@5tateofmind.com with the following subject line:
"Request for Exchange of Goods" followed by your order number which you can retrieve from the notification emails you received when you placed your order. - Describe the problem you encountered in the email (wrong size, goods not compliant with the order, etc.)
- Specify the data of the items received with those to be exchanged.
- Send a telephone number (preferably mobile)
- Your exchange request must be expressly accepted by the shop via email. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
- The replacement goods will be shipped only after we have received the products to be replaced from you.
Return shipping is free for orders over €100, but is the customer's responsibility for Limited Edition items, collaborations, gift boxes, and discounted items.
We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product.
We can only accept returns if sent via a trackable package.
We therefore recommend shipping via Pacco Celere 3 via Poste Italiane or any courier that offers tracking.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued once the return is received. Shipping costs are not refunded. Items shipped after 15 days of receipt will not be refunded.
